Bill Engvall is a US-based actor and comedian. Bill was born on 27th July 1957 in Galveston, Texas, United States. It was while working as a DJ, he was able to try his luck as a stand-up comedian working as an amateur trying the comedy as an open mic in Dallas. He got into full-time comedy in the early nineties trying different forms of puns with his partner Rose along with Matthew. Since then it was no looking back for him as he performed at different places including Standup comedy along with the Tonight Show and the Late Night show with celebrities like David Letterman. 

His first big breakthrough came in 1992 when he bagged the best Make stand-up comedian at the American Comedy Awards. He then was seen working with different cast groups like ABC Series Delta along with Delta Burke to name a few. While the show could only last for one season that soon returned to give you too many comedy clubs a chance to get the occasional TV appearance till the early nineties.
