Bill Farmer was born on 14th November 1952 in Pratt, Kansas. While pursuing his school, he started his first job when he was barely 15 doing a couple of voices particularly from his nations like John Wayne and others. He has been an enterprising person since his teenage years and loved freaking out with his friends. Bill completed his graduation from the University of Kansas in the early seventies and later became a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. While he was in college he started working in TV and radio and soon was seen moving to comedy and impressionist.

Career Beginning 

As said, the actor and comedian started working at the age of 15 when he found his voice worthy to be given to different characters. He was also on the radio and TV while he went to college at the University of Kansas in the mid-seventies. He was able to give voices to different characters. He was seen adding up as an impressionist till he decided to move to Hollywood. He came to the limelight when he started giving his voice to the character called Goofy in the late eighties. In the early eighties, he was seen doing stand-up comedy while working in Comedy Corner, the known comedy club based in Dallas. 

He kept working in Hollywood as well doing several movies including A Bug’s Life, The Iron Giant, Toy Story 2, Monsters, Inc. Brother Bear, Home on the Range, Son of the Mask, Ice Age: The Meltdown, Cars, Horton Hears a Who, Happily N’Ever After, Surf’s Up, I Want Your Money, The Lorax, Monsters University, Minions, Sing, The Secret Life of Pets, The Grinch and Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe. 

As far as the voice-overs are concerned, he gave voice to the animated movies and others include Cinderella II: Dreams Come True, The Lion King 1½, Mickey’s House of Villains, Mickey, Donald, Goofy: The Three Musketeers, Mickey’s Twice Upon a Christmas, Mickey’s Great Clubhouse Hunt, Mickey’s Adventures in Wonderland, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse: Road Rally, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse: Choo-Choo Express and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse: Space Adventure.

Bill Farmer has been a one-woman man when it comes to his personal life. He married Jennifer Farmer way back in the early eighties and they tend to remain together. The couple has two kids and one of these includes a son.
