Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini was born on the twenty-first of October 1995 and she is a rapper, songwriter, and singer. She was raised in Los Angeles and started her music venture by releasing a few songs on SoundCloud. She released a song named So High which came into the eyes of RCA Records and Kemosabe. She signed a joint deal of records with Kemosabe and RCA to release her breakout album named Purrr! in 2014. She taught herself to rap, sing and used a music-making tool named GarageBand while sitting at home without a job. She often uploaded the music she made on her SoundCloud account. Her first record deal was with RCA Records and Kemosabe. She also won a temporary management partnership with Roc Nation while she signed the agreement.
