John Leguizamo was brought up in this world on 22nd July of 1960. He was born in Bogota, which is situated in Colombia. He is the son of Luz Marina Pelaez and Alberto Rudolfo Leguizamo. His father was too a film director and studied at Cinecitta, but due to his poor financial conditions, he eventually dropped out. His family moved to New York City when he was a child. He was the first Latino child in their neighbourhood who took his productive acting career. He attended the Joseph Pulitzer Middle School. Later, He shifted from Joseph Pulitzer Middle School to Murry Bergtraum High School.
