Later on, after forming a music publishing company, he formed an artist management company. In his company, he signed the West Coast hip hop artists named The D.O.C. and DJ Quik. After this, he many numerous members of a gangsta rap group named N.W.A. After this, Death Row Records was co-founded by Knight in 1991, which left people shocked. With this record, Knight satisfied all his goals.

Personal Life and Legal Issues

In 1995, a federal case was going on Knight, and for it, he was sentenced for approx five years. He was sentenced for assaulting rappers in 1992 at a recording studio. In 1996, he was sent for a hearing on his case on a probation violation. This was done by Suge Knight and his Death row with Tupac Shakur, who attacked a crips gang member named Orlando Anderson. In 2003, Knight again violated parole while he beat an attendant of the parking lot, and for this, he was again sent to prison.
