As a first stepping stone to his career, Bert performed his comedy shows in the night club named Potbelly’s at Tallahassee, Florida. While performing in various clubs and night bars, he was noticed by Rolling Stone Magazine in his school, and from there he was being recognized as a Best Stand-Up Comedian. He was recruited by Boston Comedy Club in New York. Overbook Entertainment is a famous production, through which Bert appeared in many TV shows.
In the year 1999, The X-Show, a famous TV show has been hosted by Bert along with other hosts, where the segment on which he co-hosted is termed as Hurt Bert. Later, he started a show with this same name, which reached many people. DJ Nash was a TV producer, who hosted on open mics.
