Chael started his career in mixed martial arts in 1997; he has completed the ultimate fighting championship, where he was the top among the participants in the middleweight division and light heavyweight. Chael also participated in World extreme Cagefighting, Pancrase hybrid wrestling, and Bellator Fighting Championships, an American mixed martial arts promotion founded in 2008. Later on, in 2014, Chael started working as a Mixed Martial arts analyst for American multinational primary cable sports channel ESPN. Sonnen was also known for his Submission Underground in July 2016.

He won the first six fights he took part in before finally losing to Trevor Prangley. Sonnen attended West Linn High School, where he was declared a state runner-up. He started his training when he was in high school. After graduating from West Linn High School, he joined Brigham Young University. Chael Sonnen later moved to Oregon University. After then he graduated with a bachelor’s of science degree in sociology.

She found Improvisation to be a better career choice than acting, and she stayed with the comedy group to polish her skills. She was with a manager who encouraged her to do an audition tape for SNL, and she played the character of Target Lady there. She made her break out in SNL in 2005, on 12 November.
