Verne’s full name is Verne Jay Troyer, and they took birth on 1st January 1969 in Sturgis, Michigan. His mother’s name is Susan, and she worked as a factory worker, and his father is Reuben Troyer. He has two siblings named;Davon& Deborah. He told in several interviews that despite his short height, his parents never treated him differently have; they made him do all the tasks that his other siblings did, such as feeding farm animals, carrying wood, etc. He was raised Amish in the initial stage of his childhood, and he visited his Amish relatives living in Centreville, Michigan, a lot. Troyer completed his graduation from Centreville High School in the year 1987. In 2003, the school dedicated a plaque to Troyer.

Career beginning
Verne’s had a successful carer, but it embarked when he was contacted by the president of an NGO named; ‘Little People of America’. They were looking for a stunt double for the role of ‘Baby Bink’ in the film; Baby’s Day Out, which was released in 1994. Verne accepted the job, and after that, he started getting works as a stunt double along with some funny roles in movies such as Men in Black, My Giant, Jingle All the Way, Dunston Checks In, etc. The biggest turn in his career came when he met Jay Roach for the role of Mini-Me in Austin Powers. Jay was the director of the series and wanted to cast Verne in the second film of the series.
The creator of the series was so impressed with the performance of Troyer that he increased the screen time of the character in the next part of the film and even removed its death. The character of Mini-Me helped Troyer to reach a vast audience. His increasing popularity increased the number of work opportunities for him, which brought him the role of Griphook in the famous movie; Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. In the year 2008, a video of Troyer was leaked over the Internet in which has was seen having sex with his ex-live-in girlfriend, RanaeShrider.The video was leaked by Shrider herself and TMZ. In the year 2015, Troyer was seen on the; Celebrity Wife Swap, where he swapped her wife Brittney Powell with Hine Ward’s wife. Verne died in 2018, and it was later declared that it was suicide.
