Blueface, also called BluefaceBleedem, is the professional name of Johnathan Michael Porter, a young rapper and songwriter since 2017, who was born in California, US, on January 20, 1997. He is an American national with black ethnicity. His interest in rap music started at a young age, and his success also came at an early age after the release of a music video in which he sang “Respect My Cryppin.” He is well-known for his offbeat rapping style. Blueface is the most successful single as on date.
After his birth, Johnathan’s father started living in Oakland, and his mother was in Santa Clarita Valley. Johnathan grew up in Los Angeles and got initial education in many elementary schools, after which he moved in with mother. He attended high school and concurrently joined marching band, where he played saxophone. Johnathan also played football for the Fayetteville State University and led the team to League championship in 2014. He left football in 2016 to move to a new career in rap music.
After leaving the Fayetteville State University, Johnathanreturned Los Angeles, where he was invited to a music studio. He was asked to rap over the beat. Here, Johnathan started working on releasing his first song. In January 2017, he started rapping under the title “BluefaceBleedem,” typically came to know as Blueface. In his initial years, Blueface released successful music videos – Viral Success, Famous Cryp, and Bleed It; Famous Cryp was his first full-length project. Music lovers started receiving the attention of Blueface’s music after the success of these videos. His music got popularity on WorldstarHipHop YouTube channel from his song “Respect My Crypn.” Blueface gained enough fame on social media networks, such as Twitter and Instagram. Blueface went viral for his song “Bleed It,” released in January 2019.
